Murrenbachfall Waterfalls Switzerland - Near Lauterbrunnen

Murrenbachfall waterfalls Travel Guide - Tourist Information

The Murrenbachfall is the highest waterfall of Switzerland and is located in Lauterbrunnen which is known to have other several famous waterfalls such as the Staubbachfall and the Trummelbachfall. The Murrenbachfall falls from a height of 750 meters to the ground in five cascades.

This is especially prominent during spring when the snow starts melting and during summer after the thunderstorms. Barring these two seasons it just trickles down between the cliffs making the Murrenbachfall the prime attraction for tourists.

How to go there - Train, Rail, Air/Flights
